Ordering and Changing Products
Your order is deemed completed once you make a payment and we ship your product. Any product appearing in your 'Cart' does not count as any form of pre-ordering and other customers could purchase the product. Once you made a purchase, we can not guarantee if your product will be available at the time of shipping. Should this happen please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days to change your product.
Please note that any product returned must be in sellable condition. We reserve the right to decline your return and ship the product back to you should the product is damaged. In any case, the client is responsible for shipping fee.
Shipping & Refund
Your product will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon receiving payment. The shipping time is generally 2-7 days. Please fill your address info correctly to avoid shipping issues. All product shipping time stated by our team or on this website is an approximate time. You may receive the product before or after the specified time. However, if you do not receive your product more than 2 days after the expected delivery date, please email us directly at email@example.com to ask for a refund. We will refund to your bank account via transfer within 7 days once we approved your refund.
